Buying in Person

We offer tickets on the door for every performance.  They can be purchased usually 1/2 hour prior to the film start time.  We accept cash on the door, but please be aware we cannot guarantee availability.  You are always best to book and pay online to avoid disappointment.

We know that there are some people who would like to be able to buy tickets before the performance, but not online.  Due to the nature of us being a community cinema, it is run by volunteers and we do not have the resources to be able to do this in an easy way.  Please bear with us, we know that this is difficult for some.  If you are not happy to buy online just come as the doors open and keep an eye on our Facebook page as we will give an update on how many tickets are available on the door for each performance.

Refunds

Refunds will only be offered in the event of a film not being shown due to technical issues.  If you arrive later than 15 minutes into a performance, you will not be allowed entry, this is to stop disruption during screenings.  You will not be eligible for a refund if you are late to a performance.  Tickets cannot be transferred to different dates or show times.

Buying Tickets Online

Tickets can be purchased on-line and securely through our Eventbrite account, please be aware that a small fee is added to negate the cost of using this service.  You will be emailed your tickets, you do not need to print these out, just quote your name at the door and we’ll have a record.

Buying Tickets InPerson

We are aware that not everyone likes to buy online, that is why there are always tickets available on the door 1/2 hour before the performance.  Please do not ask us to reserve or hold them for you.  Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis and there are usually plenty to go round.
